Thongs With Arch Support
With up to 2.2cm of orthotic support, Archies Thongs incorporate a similar amount of arch support that you would find from an ‘off the shelf’ orthotic, however with the patented design, they look just like normal thongs.
Benefits of Arch Support
The support found within Archies Footwear may help to support the foot in a more biomechanically appropriate position thereby easing the stresses and strains that would otherwise be transferred to the musculoskeletal system with regular thongs. Bondi Podiatry – Refund & Warranty Policy
At Bondi Podiatry, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and products that support your foot health. The following policy outlines our approach to refunds and servicing to ensure fairness and transparency.
Refunds for Products
Unopened and Unused Products: We offer refunds for products that are unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Custom Devices (e.g. Orthotics)
Non-Refundable: Custom-made devices are non-refundable, as they are designed specifically for your individual needs and cannot be reused or resold.
Servicing and Adjustments: We are committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to adjust, modify, or service your orthotics to ensure optimal comfort and function. This requires you to visit our clinic in person for suitable assessment and modification (you may be charged an appointment fee).
Orthotic Warranty
Shells: If your orthotic shells crack or break under normal use, we will replace them free of charge within the first 3 years from the date of fitting. This excludes damage caused by misuse or improper care. This requires you to visit the clinic in person for assessment.
Top Covers: We will repair or replace top cover issues within the first 12 months (1 year) of wear if concerns arise due to standard use. This requires you to visit the clinic in person for assessment.
